She moved her back away from the pain her masters snout was causing 'pon it. W-w-what do you mean who am I? She stammered not knowing what was happening. She looked up at him with wide eyes. I'm your new fae. Serenity, remember. She said slowly, looking at him like he was mad. What happened you went really weird? She asked getting up, serpentine arching slightly as if in a stretch. She looked at him with real hurt in her eyes. Why are you talking to me like that? What have I done? She asked softly. She hung her head and moved away from him, what had she done? He looked really angry.

He inched towards her, tearing up the ground as he cornered her, puncing at the dirt with his hard hooves. He didn't know how she could have gotten here. No mare would venture this far out alone, especially not one this young. This was far away from any other place, and with little water provisions, few even dreamt about exploring this region, or even grazing here.*
"My new fae? Hah, I don't ever remembering you invade my domain. And even if I did, why would I consort with one such as youself? One so... light! You ahve wandered into a terrible place mare, and I will not be merciful. You would care to be less adventurous next time unless..."
A thought ran through his shadowy mind. She was light... perhaps... Perhaps his other side brought her in. He himself was feeling the horrible driving pains of loneliness, why wouldn't the daystallion feel desolate as well? Now it made sense...
"I see now. The fool must have traveled the distance to the claiming grounds seeking a mate, which is why I'm not able to set a step outside my habitat. No matter... I will just have to make use of you!"

She moved away from him her rump backing into the wall. Her harks pinned back to her skull she watched him with aqua beginning to form in her eyes. She seriously didn't know what he was talking about. She tried to inch towards the exit of the cave keeping her rump pasted against the wall. Her eyes wide with fear. What's wrong with you? She asked fearfully. She had almost made her way to the exit when one of these weird barriers stopped her, she had forgotten about them. Her dentiles began to chatter slightly with the fear. Why had he turned so dark all of a sudden? She asked herself.

He snorted and quickly ran to the entrace, blocking her off and staring to the deep pools of her eyes with a burning hatred, so high that heat almost radiated off his grey form. As he positioned himself in front of her, he inched foreward and rammed his large head into her body, shoving her back farther into the dank cave. Trotting towards her, he narrowed the space between them, letting out dry ferocious grunts as looked at her quivering body.
"Be silent! Be Still! You do not need to know these things nymph, all you need to know is that despite you being a light, I will still put you to your intended use. Though I must tell you, I do not tolerate foolsihness from a light like you, and I will bring you a world of pain if I you even think of defying me!"
As he positioned himself to harm her, he suddenly felt a wave of weakness flood through him. With eyes widened, he turned his head, fixing on the sky outside of the cave. As he looked, a bright light hit his pupil. A ferocious and terrible noise, close to a roar came from his throght. And soon, he fell to his knees, then to his side again, dead asleep.

As he fell to the floor she stood over him watching him carefully. She didn't want to run she was most curious, topaz spheres looked over his frame. His cavities closed and for a second she thought he had died. Plush nudged at his shoulder checking his and perked auricles caught the sound of breathing. She sighed quickly, a happy one, she didn't know why, maybe she wanted to know what was wrong with him? Powdered silhouette moved silently out of the cave. Enamels ripped at the viridescent blades and brought them back into the dark, cold, cave, placing them at his maw. Plush once again nudged his withers softly trying to wake him up, muscles bunched ready to bolt if he was in a bad mood again.
